Examples of Domestic Tasks:
(include, but is not limited to)

Bathrooms: cleaning baths, sinks, showers, toilets / commodes and floor
-
Kitchen: washing-up dishes, un/loading the dishwasher, cleaning microwaves / ovens and work surfaces and floor
-
Laundry: un/load the washing machine, dry, fold and put away bedding, clothing, ironing
-
General: sweeping / vacuuming / mopping floors, emptying bins, changing bin bags, and wiping down bins
-
Making beds and changing bedding
-
Cleaning internal windows
-
Nail Cutting Service
Our Approach:
-
All our staff are DBS checked
-
We provide domestic support on a regular agreed schedule, but can also provide one off cleaning if required
-
We will agree with you a mutually convenient day and time for the domestic support
-
We will agree what tasks are required and frequency
-
We will agree the method of cleaning and the equipment and materials to be used
-
We will complete a Risk Assessment detailing any risks associated with performing the agreed tasks and safety precautions to be adopted, for both client and staff
-
This information will be entered into a Domestic Support Plan and shall be shared with you
-
Our staff shall put equipment and materials away in the agreed storage area after use.
